Priscilla vs. Riley BATTLE OVER LISA MARIE'S WILL

With more than $35 million up for grabs, Priscilla Presley questions Riley Keough's position as sole trustee.

Lisa Marie Presley's Jan. 12 death came as a huge shock. But family members got another shock when they discovered the 54-year-old had quietly amended her will in 2016 - removing mother Priscilla Presley as trustee and replacing her with eldest children Riley and Benjamin Keough. Since Ben unexpectedly passed away roughly two years ago, his actress sister, 33, is now the sole trustee of Lisa Marie's estate.

That doesn't sit well with Grandma, though. On Jan. 30 - less than a week after Lisa Marie was laid to rest Priscilla, 77, filed court documents contesting the validity of the amendment. She claims, among other things, that she hadn't been rightfully alerted to the change. Her petition also alleges that Lisa Marie's signature "appears inconsistent."

"Riley was blindsided by Priscilla's filing," reveals an insider. "She can't believe that her grandmother is already at the courthouse trying to get her hands on the estate when Lisa Marie was just buried. It's looking like a huge showdown is brewing!"
